【摘要】Objective:To establish the high performance liquid chromatography ( HPLC) method for determination the content of rutin in Sangye Pipa Ejiao paste.Methods:Waters SunFire C18 column (4.6 mm ×250 mm,5 μm) column was used with the mobile phase composed of methanol-phosphoric acid solution (0.5%) (gradient elute) at the flow rate of 1.0 mL· min-1.The detection wavelength was 358 nm.Results: Rutin showed a good linear relationship to the peak aera at a concentration rang of 0.1025~2.0500 μg ( r=0.9999).The average recovery was 98.63%, with RSD of 2.27%.Conclusion: The method is accurate, reliable, sensitive, simple and suitable for the determination of content of rutin in Sangye Pipa Ejiao paste.%目的：建立胶类复方制剂桑叶枇杷阿胶膏中芦丁的高效液相色谱法（ HPLC）含量测定方法。方法：色谱柱为Waters SunFire C18柱（4.6 mm ×250 mm，5μm）；流动相为甲醇-0.5％磷酸溶液（梯度洗脱）；流速为1.0 mL· min-1；检测波长为358 nm。结果：芦丁在0.1025～2.0500μg范围内与其峰面积呈良好线性关系（ r＝0.9999），平均加样回收率为98.63％， RSD为2.27％。结论：该测定方法简单易行，结果准确，重复性好，可用于测定桑叶枇杷阿胶膏中芦丁含量。 【总页数】4页(199-201,214)
