二、教学课题:
5A Unit 9 Shapes Part A Look, read and say第一课时 三、教材分析:
本课是第一课时的新授课。通过学习,使学生能够直接流畅的用英语思维与描述各种形状。教学中,首先以歌曲直接引入主题,清晰、明了;接着以圣诞卡片的合开教授单词rectangle , square;其次,通过简笔画学习短语fly a kite.同时巩固四会句型;再次,通过大小声学习单词circle,由教师画圆、学生上台画圆学习句子:Come to the blackboard and show us how to do it.以及重点单词sun, moon.看卡通读文后,交流Miss Li 与其学生所画图案中的基本形状,依文练习进一步帮助学生准确把握课文。接着,以“读、说、练”为目的,指导学生读通读顺读懂课文,为表演课文做好准备。最后,通过练习,让学生及时巩固所学知识,从而达到学以致用的目的。同时让学生们在实际的操作过程中,主动获取知识、运用知识,发展能力,从而提高学生的运用能力和学习意识。 (一)教学目标:

(1)四会掌握单词:shape, teach, fly, us, sun, moon, star及句型:What shape is the …?It’s a …
(2)三会掌握单词:art, about, a rectangle, a square, a circle及日常交际用语:Come to the blackboard and show us how to do it.
2.技能目标:
(1)通过学习学生能直接流畅的用英语思维与描述各种形状。
(2)在情景操练中灵活运用所学语言点,开发学生的智力潜能,培养学生的创新能力,并主动自然地将所学英语运用于日常交流。
3.情感目标:
通过多种“任务型”教学活动,使学生更加喜欢上英语课。 (二)教学重点:能正确理解、掌握新词汇和句型。
(三)教学难点: 能正确掌握对话内容并能朗读、初步表演对话。 (四)教具准备:A部分多媒体课件、单词卡片、实物等。 四、教学方法:

T: This class, we’ll have a match, so I give you four groups. Please try your best, I want to know which group will be the winner?(设计意图:开课前让学生了解到本节课是一节竞赛课,自己给自己加油,营造一种竞赛的氛围,贴切学生的心理。)
1. Greetings
Hello, hello , boys. Hello, hello, girls.(设计意图:用歌曲和学生打招呼,轻松愉快,同时让学生感受到课堂的温暖气氛。)
2. Free talk
T: Christmas is coming, I have got many presents. Look, this card is also my present. I think you have some presents, too. Show me your presents.

S: She/He has a …(设计意图:通过Free talk,充分复习了上一个单元的重点句型,同时将学生准备的礼物作为课堂的主要用具,为接下来的教学做了很好的一个准备;展示自己的礼物,有一种欢乐感和满足感。)
3. Sing a song “ twinkle, twinkle, little star”
T: Wow, we’ve got so many presents. I’m very happy to see these. Boys and girls, are you happy? Let’s sing s song, OK?(设计意图:欢快而又轻盈的歌曲在此响起,不仅为课堂再次增添色彩,而且也为新课的学习做下铺垫。)
Step2.Presentation and practice
1.由star导入课题Unit 9 Shapes
T: This star is a shape. Look , I have many different shapes. This class I’ll teach you something about shapes. (设计意图:由star直接引出shape,从而揭示本课课题及主要内容,主题明了、清晰,让学生直接感觉课堂的独特性。)
2. Learn “rectangle” 由“圣诞卡片”引入rectangle
T: This card is a shape. Do you know what shape is the card? It’ a rectangle.(分音节指导朗读rec-tan-gle指名读,师生问答,生生问答)(设计意图:由圣诞节收到的卡片出示第一个形状: rectangle. 同时引
导学生学会质疑,学会如何询问这是什么形状。由学生提问教师引出句型,“Miss Yin, what shape is the card? It’s a rectangle.”rectangle, 此单词较长,所以通过分音节指导朗读,让学生在朗读中学会总结较长单词的读法,培养学生的总结能力。)
3. Learn “square” 由“打开卡片”引出square T: Is it a rectangle, too? No, It’s a square. Chat: Shape, shape. What shape is the card?
Square, square. It’s a square. (设计意图:打开圣诞卡片得到正方形,询问学生直接引出第二个形状:square. 同时利用Chat巩固句型,在简单的Chat中学习新知。)
4. Ask and answer (利用身边的正方形与长方形进行问答)(设计意图:让学生在互动探究与交流中巩固所学单词与句型,在日常交际中做到应用英语自如流畅。)
5. Learn“fly a kite”教师画简笔画,一男孩放风筝
