摘 要
当今社会信息化发展程度加快,各行各业都在不断地利用信息技术优化自身的管理模式,建设工程造价领域更是如此。因此如何才能更好地在信息化时代做好工程造价信息化管理建设工作,是当前需要重点研究和解决的问题。
本文对工程造价信息化管理的建设现状及现存的问题进行了分析和探讨,针对相关问题,需要在管理应用上不断地探索创新,提出工程造价信息化管理系统构建的设想,并结合我国发展的实际,发挥信息化管理技术在造价行业的重要作用。同时以BIM技术为例,分析了BIM技术应用在造价管理中的实际应用,功能以及应用流程;最后以武汉市二环线高架桥工程项目为例,阐述了BIM在整个项目过程中的应用的特点和优势,指出造价管理信息化在工程建设项目领域的积极作用。

ABSTRACT
Nowadays, the development of social informationization is accelerating, and all walks of life are constantly using information technology to optimize their own management mode, especially in the field of construction project cost. Therefore, how to better in the information age to do the project cost information management work, is the current need to focus on research and solve the problem.
This paper analyzes and discusses the current situation and existing problems in the construction of project cost information management. In view of the related problems, it is necessary to constantly explore the innovation in the management application, put forward the idea of the construction of the project cost information management system, and combine with the development of our country The practical application, function and application flow of BIM technology in cost management are analyzed with BIM technology as an example. Finally, taking the project of Wuhan Second Ring Road Viaduct as an example, the paper puts forward the application of BIM technology in cost management, This paper expounds the characteristics and advantages of BIM 's application in the whole project process, and points out the positive effect of cost management informatization in the field of engineering construction project.
