【摘要】 Objective To analyze the near-term efficacy and safety of lentinan injection plus javanica oil emulsion injec-tion palliative treatment for patients with advanced gastrointestinal cancer. Methods A randomized 85 patients diagnosed with advanced gastrointestinal cancer were divided into control group and observation group. 42 patients in the control group were given palliative treatment with javanica oil emulsion injection. 43 patients in the observation group were given lentinan injection plus javanica oil emulsion injection. 21d for a course and after three courses of treatment, the short term efficacy, quality of life and adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The overall remission rate of the observa-tion group had no statistical difference with that of the control group (20.93% VS 19.05%, P>0.05). The disease control rate of the observation group was also significantly higher than that of the control group (55.81% VS 33.33%, P<0.05). The life quality of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (67.44% VS 42.86%, P<0.05). The major ad-verse events of both groups were
