25 ℃conditions,and then again into 5 ℃,stratification processed for 80 d in wet seeds sand,the eliminated effect of germination inhibitors was the best.Among,the ermination inhibit rate (W100 )of seed leach liquor was decreased from 64.89% to 8.51%,em-bryo long growed 0.42 mm,and seed average germination was 76%.%对南方红豆杉种子进行种皮透水性测定及变温层积处理，研究其休眠特性及催芽技术。结果发现：南方红豆杉种子在自然条件下发芽需要2～3 a，休眠期限长，导致其深休眠的主要因素是种子内所含的萌发抑制物质及种胚的发育程度等；对新鲜种子进行层积处理后，能很好地消除体内抑制物含量，且以25℃，层积130 d 后，再转入5℃，层积80 d 的“暖温－低温”湿沙变温层积处理，消除发芽抑制物的效果较好，其种子甲醇浸提液的比较发芽抑制率（W100）从64．89％降至8．51％，胚长增长0．42 mm，种子平均发芽率达76．0％。
