3 沥青涂料熬制温度宜在230℃左右，最高温度不得超过250℃，熬制时间宜控制在4～5h，每锅料应抽样检查，其性能应符合表5.4.5的规定；

4 沥青涂料应涂刷在洁净、干燥的底料上，常温下刷沥青涂料时，应在涂底料后24h之内实施；沥青涂料涂刷温度以200～230℃为宜；

5 涂沥青后应立即缠绕玻璃布，玻璃布的压边宽度应为20～30mm，接头搭接长度应为100～150mm，各层搭接接头应相互错开，玻璃布的油浸透率应达到95％以上，不得出现大于50mm×50mm的空白；管端或施工中断处应留出长150～250mm的缓坡型搭茬； 6 包扎聚氯乙烯膜保护层作业时，不得有摺皱、脱壳现象；压边宽度应为20～30mm，搭接长度应为100～150mm；

7 沟槽内管道接口处施工，应在焊接、试压合格后进行，接茬处应粘结牢固、严密。

5.4.6 环氧煤沥青外防腐层施工应符合下列规定：

1 管节表面应符合本规范第5.4.5条第1款的规定；焊接表面应光滑无刺、无焊瘤、棱角；

3 底料应在表面除锈合格后尽快涂刷，空气湿度过大时，应立即涂刷，涂刷应均匀，不得漏涂；管两端100～150mm范围内不涂刷，或在涂底料之前，在该部位涂刷可焊涂料或硅酸锌涂料，干膜厚度不应小于25μm；

4 面料涂刷和包扎玻璃布，应在底料表干后、固化前进行，底料与第一道面料涂刷的间隔时间不得超过24h。

5.4.7 雨期、冬期石油沥青及环氧煤沥青涂料外防腐层施工应符合下列规定： 1 环境温度低于5℃时，不宜采用环氧煤沥青涂料；采用石油沥青涂料时，应采取冬期施工措施；环境温度低于―15℃或相对湿度大于85％时，末采取措施不得进行施工； 2 不得在雨、雾、雪或5级以上大风环境露天施工；

3 已涂刷石油沥青防腐层的管道，炎热天气下不宜直接受阳光照射；冬期气温等于或低于沥青涂料脆化温度时，不得起吊、运输和铺设；脆化温度试验应符合现行国家标准《石油沥青脆点测定法弗拉斯法》GB/T 4510的规定。 5.4.8 环氧树脂玻璃钢外防腐层施工应符合下列规定：

1 管节表面应符合本规范第5.4.5条第1款的规定；焊接表面应光滑无刺、无焊瘤、无棱角；

2 应按产品说明书的规定配制环氧树脂；

3 现场施工可采用手糊法，具体可分为间断法或连续法；

4 间断法每次铺衬间断时应检查玻璃布衬层的质量，合格后再涂刷下一层； 5 连续法作业，连续铺衬到设计要求的层数或厚度，并应自然养护24h，然后进行面层树脂的施工；

6 玻璃布除刷涂树脂外，可采用玻璃布的树脂浸揉法；
