求助信是写信人向收信人寻求帮助或建议而写的信件。 注意事项:
1.写出写信的原因、背景,言明自己所遇到的具体问题
2.明确文章结构:首段,简单叙述写作意图;主体段落言明具体问题;尾段,委婉地 表示希望得到对方的帮助,并对对方表示感谢。

如何写一封建议信
建议信主要是向对方(单位或个人等)提出建议,以便对方接受自己的建议,从而解决有关问题。英语的建议信至少要分为三段。
第一段:要开门见山,让收信人明白写信人要提的建议,要用概括性的句子说明提的是什么建议,同时一定要有礼貌。 第二段:说明提出建议的理由。注意陈述理由是要条理清晰,分层展开。
第三段:为书信的结尾,通常要用客套话来表达祝愿、希望对方采纳自己的建议或希望自己的建议对对方有帮助。
