【摘要】目的检验中文版社会认知视频测查工具(Chineseversion of the movie for the assessment of social cognition, MASC-C)在精神分裂症患者中测查心理理论的信度与效度。方法将原版MASC视频和题目汉化并做本土化修改，拍摄和制作MASC-C。纳入42例精神分裂症患者和46名健康对照完成MASC-C眼区任务、失言觉察任务。选取5例精神症状相对稳定的精神分裂症患者和5名健康对照进行MASC-C重测。

结果信度

指标中，MASC-C的内部一致性Cronbach'su系数为0.816,两次心理理论总分的组内相关系数为0.822(95%CI: 0.436-0.953)。效度指标中，MASC-C总分与眼区任务心理阅读总分(r=0.574,P<0.001)和失言总分(r=0.445, P<0.001)正相关；MASC-C总分区分精神分裂症患者的受试者工作特征曲线下面积为0.904。结论

MASC-C具有良好的信度与效度，可用于评估精神分裂症心理理论认知功能损害的严重程度。

【Abstract】ObjectiveTo evaluate the psychometric properties of the Chinese version of the Movie for the Assessment of Social Cognition

(MASC -C) in schizophrenia patients. Methods

The MASC -C was developed

according to the original version of the Movie for the Assessment of Social Cognition (MASC). Forty-two patients with schizophrenia and 46 normal controls were administered the MASC-C, Eyes Task and Faux pas Task. Five patients with schizophrenia and 5 normal controls completed the retest of MASC -C. Results The internal consistency reliability of MASC-C was 0.816. The test-retest reliability was 0.822 (95%CI: 0.436-0.953). The scores of MASC-C were positively correlated with the scores on Eyes Task (r=0.574, P<0.001) and Faux pas Task (r=0.445, P<0.001).
