一、企业评价：实习生工作认真负责，积极主动，热线帮主他人，深受业主的喜爱，和同事相处融洽，能准时完成领导安排的工作，是一名优秀的员工
二知识运用程度：在实际工作中我对已学知识技能的运用程度已经大幅度提升，懂得了如学以致用，学会了结合理论知识和实践运用，工作中用到最多的专业知识是业主入住和房屋专修管理、物业维护与设施设备、安全与坏境管理以及消防管理、车辆管理、清洁管理、绿化管理和催缴物业费。在工作中熟悉了业主入住准备与入住流程，以及装修管理程序流程，亲身体验了房屋安全检查，逐渐学会运用课本中处理事件的法，提高做事效率，谨记公司治安管理条理，结合课本实例，进行工作更新域完善，经常组织消防演习，我把在学校实践的消防法给业主做了示。在清洁面我给公司分析补充了物业坏境污染类型，让保洁人员对垃圾做好分类，以上为我实习期间对医学知识技能的基本运用成果。实践与理论想结合，巩固了所学的专业知识，提高了实践工作中的办事效率，我从中受益匪浅。
