多索茶碱联合噻托溴铵粉治疗慢阻肺的临床分析

【摘要】目的：探讨多索茶碱联合噻托溴铵粉治疗慢阻肺的临床效果。方法：收治慢阻肺患者100例，随机分为对照组和研究组，对照组采用多索茶碱治疗，研究组采用多索茶碱联合噻托溴铵粉治疗，比较两组治疗效果。结果：研究组治疗总有效率96%，明显高于对照组的74%(P＜0.05)。结论：多索茶碱联合噻托溴铵粉治疗慢阻肺的临床效果显著。%Objective:To explore the clinical effect of doxofylline combined with tiotropium bromide powder in treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods:100 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the study group.The control group was treated with doxofylline.The study group was treated with doxofylline combined with tiotropium bromide powder.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:In the study group,the total effective rate of 96% was significantly higher than 74% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of doxofylline combined with tiotropium bromide powder in treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease was significant. 【总页数】2页(42-42,44)
