【摘要】Objective To investigate diagnosis value of two dimensional and color Doppler ultrasound in thyroid cancer. Methods 127 patients with thyroid cancer were selected in hospital from October 2013 to October 2015, who received two dimensional and color Doppler ultrasound. The diagnostic results of two methods were compared. Imaging features and blood flow richness were analyzed. Results Diagnostic accuracy, detection rate of low echo, detection rate of silent halo, detection rate of micro calcification in color Doppler ultrasound were significantly higher than two dimensional ultrasound(P<0.05). Blood flow richness in color Doppler ultrasound was significantly stronger than two dimensional ultrasound(P<0.05). Conclusion Two dimensional ultrasound and color Doppler ultrasound can be used for clinical diagnosis of thyroid cancer. Color Doppler ultrasound has higher diagnosis value, which is worthy of clinical application.%目的：探讨二维及彩色多普勒超声对甲状腺癌的诊断价值。方法：选取本院2013年10月至2015年10月诊治的甲状腺癌患者127例，均行二维及彩色多普勒超声检查，比较两种检查方法的诊断结果，分析影像学特征及血流丰富程度。结果：彩色多普勒超声的诊断准确率、低回声检出率、周边无声晕检出率、微钙化灶检出
