碳纳米管与石墨烯作为润滑油添加剂对界面摩擦磨损性能
的影响

【摘要】纳米碳材料因可能具有优异的摩擦磨损性能受到了研究者的广泛关注,但其作为润滑添加剂时,摩擦磨损性能的差异尚未得到充分研究。针对此问题,采用四球机研究了碳纳米管与石墨烯作为润滑油添加剂时对摩擦和磨损性能的影响。结果表明:微量碳纳米管与石墨烯作为添加剂能够减小摩擦、降低磨损,酸化后碳纳米管的减摩降磨作用更为显著;采用碳纳米管作为添加剂时,添加剂的最佳质量分数与载荷相关,石墨烯作为添加剂时添加的质量分数受载荷变化的影响较小。对钢球磨斑表面形貌的观察表明,碳纳米管与石墨烯在摩擦副之间能够起到润滑和填充作用,从而减小了摩擦、降低了磨损,在高载荷下,添加过量碳纳米管和石墨烯时,由于其团聚性反而使磨损急剧增加。%Due to their excellent tribological behavior ,many researchers have paid attention to the carbon nanomaterials .Howev‐er ,the difference of them is still not clear when they are used as additives .This paper investigates the tribological behavior of multi‐walled carbon nanotubes and graphene as additives in the lubricant oil using four‐ball tester .The results show that little a‐mount of them as additives can decrease friction and wear .Multi‐walled carbon nanotubes with acid treatment disperse in oil is better than grapheme ,and their tribological behaviour
also performs better .When carbon nanotubes are used as additive ,the best mass fraction is influenced by the load .In contrast ,the best mass fraction of graphenes is hardly influenced by the load .The ob‐servation of wear zone on steel balls show that carbon nanotubes and graphene can improve lubrication performance between inter‐faces and fill the wear zones ,which therefore reduces friction and wear .However ,if large amount of carbon nanotubes or gra‐hene is used under a high load ,wear of steel balls rapidly increases owing to the agglomeration of them .
