___________________________________________________________________ 【参考范文】 Dear Jack,
I am glad to have received your letter. I am writing a letter to tell you about our study tours to Hangzhou organized by our school two weeks ago.
We first went to Hangzhou west lake, where the scenery is beautiful! We also had lots of activities, such as climbing the mountains and studying plants. The travel was both pleasant and educational.
Personally, I think study tours play a critical role in developing students’ study interests. Most of the time, students acquire knowledge and skills from textbooks. By walking out of the campus, they can learn through their own experiences and observations. Therefore, their motivation and enthusiasm for study are greatly inspired. Besides, study tours contribute a lot to shaping students’ personalities. They become more confident in getting along with others and living in harmony with nature. Of course, we must put safety in the first place in the course of study tours, which is also the major concern of our parents and schools.
Yours, Li Hua
