400万吨冷轧板带钢车间设计

摘要

本次设计是参考宝钢冷轧厂2030生产线设计而成,年产量为400万吨,典型产品为Q345冷轧薄板带钢,产品规格1.2?1280mm。主要设备机组包括连续酸洗——五机架连轧机组、罩式退火炉机组、单机架四辊平整机组、连续式退火炉机组、连续式热镀锌机组、连续电镀锌机组、涂层机组、剪切机组和重卷包装机组。设计阐述了冷轧带钢的生产工艺特点、应用、发展状况并简要介绍冷轧薄板带钢的生产工艺流程,进而设计出以Q345为代表的冷轧产品、特深冲产品、热镀锌产品、电镀锌产品和涂层产品。根据年产能力制定了轧制制度,计算了轧制力,对轧辊强度,电机能力,车间年产量进行了校核。同时还介绍了各项经济技术指标。最后论述了冷轧能耗数学模型以及数学模型在轧钢生产中的应用等方面的内容。

Workshop design for a cold-rolled strip plant

with an annual yield of 4 million tons

ABSTRACT

Referring to Baosteel 2030mm workshop, a plant for typical product of Q345, 1.2?1280mm with annual yield of 4 million tons was designed. Major facilities include continuous acidwashing and five frame continuous rolling crew, hood-type annealing furnace, single frame skin rolling unit with four rolls, continuous annealing furnace, continuous hot galvanizing unit, coating unit, shearing unit, rewinding and packing unit. The design described processing features, application, development of the cold-rolled strip steel, and briefly introduced production technology, designed cold-rolled products, super deep punched products, hot galvanized products, electrogalvanized products, and coated products. According to the producing capacity, rolling schedule was determined, rolling force was calculated, the roll strength, motor capacity, and the annual yield of the workshop were checked, and the economic and technical norms were introduced. At the end, the typical energy-consumption math models for cold rolling and their application in steeling rolling were described.
