品管圈护理模式在盆底重建手术患者中的应用

【摘要】目的：分析品管圈护理模式在盆底重建手术患者中的应用效果。方法分析2015年3月~2016年3月在我院行盆底重建手术的96例患者临床资料，将其随机分为对照组和观察组，每组48例患者。对照组患者给予常规护理，观察患者应用品管圈护理模式护理，对比两组患者临床护理效果。结果观察组临床护理效果明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(<0.05)。结论品管圈护理模式在盆底重建手术患者中应用效果理想，值得推广应用。%Objective To analysis the qc circle application in the patients with pelvic floor reconstruction surgery nursing mode effect. Methods analysis during March 2015 to March 2015 in our hospital clinical data of 96 patients of pelvic floor reconstruction surgery, were randomly divided into control group and observation group, each group of 48 patients. Control group with routine nursing care, observation of patients should be managed supplies circle care nursing mode, compared two groups of patients with clinical nursing effect. Results Observation group was obviously better than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant ( < 0.05). Conclusion The quality control circle in patients with pelvic floor reconstruction surgery nursing mode application effect is ideal, is worthy of popularization and application.
