碧兰在牙体牙髓病治疗中的疗效观察

【摘要】目的：探究碧兰在牙体牙髓病治疗中的临床疗效。方法对2011年5月至2013年2月在我院进行治疗的90例牙体牙髓病的患者进行分组，随机分为实验组和对照组，每组各45例，其中实验组患者采用碧兰进行麻醉，对照组患者采用利多卡因进行麻醉，对两组患者的麻醉效果及患者满意度进行比较。结果实验组患者总有效率为95.56%，无效麻醉率为4.44%，对照组患者总有效率为86.67%，无效麻醉率为13.33%；实验组患者满意率为97.78%，对照组患者满意率为88.89%，且均具有显著差异，P<0.05说明其具有统计学意义。结论碧兰在牙体牙髓病治疗中可以获得良好的麻醉效果，患者的满意度高，临床值得推广。%Objective To explore the Primacies in the treatment of dental disease clinical efficacy.
