多元化教学模式在放射科住院医师规范化培训中的应用

【摘要】Objectives To observe the application effect of diversified teaching mode in the standardized training of resident doctors in radiology department.Methods 14 medical students who were received standardized training of resident doctors in radiology department of the People's Hospital in Tongren City from January 2015 to June 2016 were selected as research objects, they were divided into traditional group and diversified group. The former group adopted LBL teaching mode while the latter group adopted diversified teaching mode of PBL, LBL and CBL. The theories and skills operation test were performed at the same time the training finished to investigate the satisfaction of the students in teaching.Results The performance of theories and skills operation test as well as the satisfaction in the diversified teaching were all higher than the traditional group, and had significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusions The application of diversified teaching mode could significantly enhance the theories analysis and skills operation ability, and more suitable for popularization and application compared with the traditional teaching mode.%目的 观察多元化教学模式应用于放射科住院医师规范化培训中的效果.方法 以2015年1月至2016年6月(2014级-2015级)
