I come from a peasant area in west China. First, think about what we are going to tell someone, then speak briefly and clearly in order to make ourselves understood. Second, express ourselves warmly and sincerely. This can help create a friendly atmosphere for a talk. Third, if we are supposed to be listeners, we should concentrate on what the speaker says and give positive feedback by nodding or smiling from time to time. And fourth, we can
