利用品管圈提高危重患者压疮评分的准确性研究

【摘要】目的：探讨利用品管圈提高危重患者压疮评分准确性的应用效果。方法成立品管圈小组，通过现状调查，将圈员压疮核查结果与临床护士初评结果进行比较，应用品质管理手法，进行要因分析，制定对策并组织实施。结果应用品管圈活动后，责任护士对危重症患者压疮评分准确率由活动前的49．46%提高至活动后的85．71%，并有效减少了难免压疮漏报、错报情况发生，差异有统计学意义( P<0．05)。结论品管圈活动有助于提高责任护士对危重症患者压疮风险评估能力，值得临床推广使用。%Objective To explore the effect of adopting Quality Control Circle( QCC) to improve the accuracy of critically ill patients’ pressure sores score. Methods After QCC group was established,the QCC members’ pressure sores verification re-sults were compared with clinical nurses’ initial results through present situation investigation. Applying quality management tech-nique and causal factor analysis,measures was made and put into implementation. Results After QCC activity was applied,the ac-curacy rate of critically ill patients ’ pressure sores score graded by primary nurses rose from 49. 46% before the activity to 85. 71% after the activity,while the omission and misstatement of inevitable pressure sore were reduced effectively,statistically sig-nificant difference(P<0. 05).
