防爆监控系统设计方案 第一章 电视监控系统设计方案
一、设计原则与依据 1、设计原则 概述:
本方案基于计算机网络的多媒体监控技术,将来自工业现场中,易燃、易爆区域等地点的视频信号采集单元的监视、控制和管理全部纳入计算机网络统一管理,可方便地实现远程画面实时监控和录像,实现工厂有关部门对现场的工业监控自动化。 系统特点

●系统具有高性能的防爆、防高温、防腐蚀和抗干扰能力
整个系统的前端设备全部采用符合国家工业防爆标准、防高温和防腐蚀的设备,监控系统前端设备全部采用符合国家防爆等级要求的全方位防爆云台、防爆防护罩、防爆配电控制箱和防爆接线盒(防爆环境:II类A级T3组别),传输线路采用具有工业级屏蔽视频电缆或光缆,使系统不仅能够在恶劣的环境下工作,而且具有很强的抗干扰性能,可保证视频图像传输的高质量性、稳定性和安全性,确保前端设备长期、稳定、可靠的工作。
