【摘要】Objective To study the noninvasive fungal nasal sinusitis and main points of clinical manifestation, diagnosis and treatment. Methods Col ected from January 2004 to January 2004, I division in the treatment of noninvasive fungal sinusitis and nasal the clinical data of 111 cases of patients, and were retrospectively analyzed. Results In 111 cases of patients with nasal endoscopic surgery were obtained after treatment of clinical curative ef ect of healing, no one case of the occur ence of surgical complications. Fol owed up for 5 months to 5 years, 6 cases relapse, was conducted in the outpatient service under surface anesthesia after nasal endoscopic treatment to cure. Conclusion The clinical manifestations of noninvasive fungal sinusitis and nasal significantly, is the ef ective means to treat nasal endoscopic surgery, and the recur ence rate is low;Postoperative nasal endoscopic examination regularly, cavity cleaning and washing can reduce the postoperative recur ence rate, the clinical curative ef ect is good.%目的：研究非侵袭性真菌性鼻及鼻窦炎的临床表现、诊断要点以及治法。方法收集2004年1月~2009年1月我科治疗非侵袭性真菌性鼻及鼻窦炎的111例患者的临床资料，并对其进行回顾性分析。结果对111例患者进行鼻内镜手术治疗
