产权结构变革与民营医院可持续发展之思考

【摘要】我国大多数民营医院由自然人或家庭投资创办,产权结构单一,资本规模小,难以取得规模经济效益.民营医院产权结构单一的原因是多方面的,既有投资主体单一、投资主体不断分化的原因,也受中华传统文化和家庭式控制的影响.民营医院要健康发展,必须进行必要的产权结构变革,通过实行产权多元化、所有权和经营权适度分离、行业内资产重组等途径促进民营医院可持续发展.%The majority of individually - run hospitals are invested and founded by a natural person or a family, with a small -scale capital and a unitary property right structure, thus no scale economic returns can be achieved. There are diversified rea-sons of the unitary property right structure of the individually - run hospitals, not only because of the simple investment subject and the constant break - up of the investment subjects, but also being influenced by the Chinese traditional culture and family control. In order to have a healthy development for individually - run hospitals, it is imperative to transform the property right structure such as diversified ownership, appropriate separation between ownership and management and inner - trade assets reorganization so as to promote the sustainable development of individually - run hospitals.
