【摘要】[Objective] To study the effects of highly active bacterium-fermented feed on immunity and antioxidant activity of growing-finishing pigs and to provide the basis for its promotion and application. [ Method] A total of 180 Duroc × Landrace × Yorkshire crossbred growing-finishing pigs were randomly divided into two groups. The pigs in the control group were fed on traditional diet supplemented with antibiotics, and those in the experimental group were fed on traditional diet supplemented with highly active bacterium-fermented feed at a proportion of 8%. [ Result ] The contents of serum immunoglobulin were higher in the experimental group than in the control group. Particularly, significant difference was found in the content of IgG between these two groups (P < 0.05). The experimental pigs fed for 28 d had significantly higher blocking rate of antibody against classical swine fever virus than those fed for 21 d ( P < 0.05 ). The experimental pigs had remarkably stronger antioxidant activity than the control group, and the difference in T-AOC was significant between them (P<0. 01).
