设计总说明
随着我国医药工业的快速发展,制药废水的污染与治理己引起人们的高度重视和关注。制药废水具有排放量小、成分复杂、浓度和盐分高、色度和毒性大等特点,属于难降解高浓度有机废水,特别是其中的“三致”有机污染物,易造成水环境污染,威胁人们的健康。
实践表明,在废水处理工程上,SBR工艺具有设计合理、运行稳定、靠、抗冲击负荷能力强、运行维护简便、投资少等优点。
本设计为500m3/d的造纸废水的工程设计。 关键词:制药废水,高浓度,SBR
Abstract
With the development of the pharmaceutical industry in our atention has been paid to the pollution of the wastewater treatment country,Much and the relevant solutions.The medicine wastewater have little capacity,composition complications,high concentration and salts,it also have high color degree and toxicity etc.It belongs to dificult degradation organic wastewater with high concentration,especially organic pollutant of“three with the result”.
The practice shows that in treatment of pharmaceutical wastewater,SBR process has advantages, including rational design, stable and reliable operation, strong ability in resisting loading shock, simp le operation and maintenance, small investment, etc.
