Product Identification and Trace-ability
1.0 目的 Purpose:
生产物料、产品施以明确的标记，以识别质量状态，产品种类，并反映某一箱或某一批产品的历史，以对质量问题及原因、责任等进行追溯，需要时追回不合格的产品。 Make clear identification to all incoming materials and product manufactured by DXC to identify their status of quality and specifications, to reflect the history of a certain carton or a certain batch of production so that trace the problem and its cause, responsibility and collect the rejected product if required.
2.0 范围 Scope:
所有生产的塑料产品于来料、生产过程、储存、检查和交付的各阶段，如果客户有特别的要求，则按客户的要求进行标识。 Apply to all injection molding plastics product, incoming material, product in process, storage, inspected and delivery stages. Make identification in accordance with customer if customer have special requirement.
3.0 定义3.1
Definitions:
DXC: 的简称。DXC is the short form of DXC MFG: Manufacturing的英文缩写； QE：Quality Engineer品质工程师缩写

4.0 职责Responsibility
4.1 QE：将客户对产品和包装箱标识要求传达给生产部。Convey the special
requirements on label content to production.
4.2 生产部：负责标贴格式和内容的设置. Production: set-up the format
and content of labels.
4.3
货仓部: 明确标贴的内容和充分认识. Store dept: Get deep knowledge of the labels’ contents.
5.0 程序 Procedure:
5.1
接收阶段标识/Incoming material identification:
5.1.1
对于所有来料(包括客户提供和自行采购的所有物料)的标识使用其原来标识至使用完毕。如果无明确或合乎要求的标识,由采购部在采购过程中对供货商或客户提出标识要求。The original identifications for all incoming materials (including customer supplied or our company purchased) are used throughout the whole process. Purchasing dept shall request supplier or customer about identification if not clear or unsatisfied identification.
5.1.2
货仓部在收料入仓时需核对标识，如无标识或不清晰﹑不完整时，由原料仓收料员根据供货商之送货单或联络采购员弄清楚后临时

追加标识，物料的批次以进料日期为准时应补充标识。Material Store dept checks the material identification upon receipt of it. If any unclear and incomplete identification, material receiving section should follow up to obtain the
identification according to the supplier’s delivery note or by contacting the purchasing agent to clarify. If the materials receiving date is used as the material’s batch, a related identification should be added.
5.1.3
本公司塑料产品所接收的主要来料为塑料料，每包原料袋上都有注明批次﹑原料编号﹑原料名称。客户提供的辅助材料亦有材料之名称、编号、生产日期/生产批次. The main incoming material for our company is plastic raw material. Each packing bag is marked with batch, material No and material name. Customer supplied supplementary material is indicated with its name and its number too.
5.2
产品识别总则/General principle of production identification:
5.2.1 本公司的塑料产品种类识别根本依据:产品编号和名称,在产品箱
外表侧面固定区域都贴有标贴。F.P. use part number and part name to identify the products. A corresponding
identification label is stuck onto a fixed area on the outer surface of the packaging carton.

5.2.2 在各工序生产过程中,产品装箱封好箱后,一般及时贴好相应标贴或
采用物理定位区域或于生产在线挂标签加以识别。In all production processes, parts are put into a packaging carton and generally the sealed carton shall be stuck with a corresponding identification label or placed in a fixed geographical area or with an identification tag hanged at the production line for identification.
5.2.3 如是合格产品,不是同一种物品,不可放在同一纸箱或胶箱中。
Different accepted parts shall not be put into the same carton or plastic case.
5.2.4 经包装后的合格品(半成品或成品)标识,以一个箱为一标识单位,
如大箱内装小盒，小盒也应注明产品名称﹑编号﹑或数量﹑或生产日期(Each carton of accepted products (semi-product or final product) is identified with identification. If a carton contains a smaller carton box, both shall be noted with part name and part NO, or quantity or producing date.
5.3
标识内容Identification content:
5.3.1
成品(待出货产品)的外箱: (粗斜体字为基本部分,标贴上必须包含.)产品编号、模具编号（非组装件）、 产品名称 、原料名称编号(不同料别塑料件装配成品除外)﹑产品颜色、产品型号、原料批次、生产指令单号/制造Lot No﹑订单号、产品版次、包装数量、整箱产品净重、毛重、产品图标. 生产日期 (需包含生产
