对拉螺栓孔封堵方案
1.0工程概况
工程名称:汇金国际广场工程 工程地点:南通市工农南路118号
建设单位:南通华东城建投资发展有限公司
设计单位:南通规划设计院有限公司、南通勘察设计有限公司 监理单位:江苏科建工程项目管理有限公司 施工单位:通州建总集团有限公司
汇金国际广场工程是一大型综合楼工程。总建筑面积143000㎡;其中1#楼24层,总建筑面积:30600㎡、2#楼26层,总建筑面积38600㎡、3#楼24层,总建筑面积:37400㎡。地下一层为地下车库建筑面积18180㎡,地下二层为地下人防工程建筑面积18220㎡,钢砼底板、剪力墙、框架梁顶板结构。
地下工程结构外墙等使用抗渗混凝土的墙体、柱、梁均采用带止水环片的对拉螺栓,因施工疏忽,人防内墙部分墙体采用带Φ14的塑料套管对拉螺栓。对于施工过程中使用带塑料套管的对拉螺栓,因结构使用功能的要求。本方案主要解决如何处理带塑料套管的对拉螺栓封堵施工的问题。
2.0施工准备
2.1 现场准备
1、准备好现场电源接驳点。
2、需要高空作业的操作架已按照要求搭设完毕。 3、已施工的墙面已将处理干净。

2.2 技术准备
进行施工技术交底:分部工程施工前由项目技术负责人组织施工人员、质量人员对班组长、施工工人交底,逐项排查使用对拉螺栓的墙体,将需要封堵的对拉螺栓空洞标记,针对施工的关键部位、施工难点、质量和安全要求、操作要点及注意事项等进行全面的交底,各个班组长接受交底后组织操作工人认真学习,并要求落实在各个施工环节之上。 2.3 物资准备 2.3.1.材料要求
(1)水泥: 32.5级硅酸盐水泥; (2)膨胀剂:JM-ⅢC; (3) 建筑胶; (4)中粗砂。 2.3.2.主要机具
手推车、木抹子、铁抹子、小平锹、小水桶、长毛刷、喷壶、Φ12钢筋棍、钢丝刷子、小型吹风机、锤子、凿子、錾子等。 3.0 施工方案
1、 墙体内外两侧螺栓周围50mm向孔内凿进40mm,成楔形(露出主筋);
2、 将孔内PVC管清除,并将孔内壁刷毛; 3、 在孔内加Φ14钢筋,长度为墙厚-100

4、 膨胀砂浆(掺胶)封堵、塞实; 5、 表面抹平压光; 4.0操作工艺 工艺流程:
螺栓孔剔凿、清理孔内→钢丝刷刷毛→加Φ14钢筋→洒水润湿→灌膨胀砂浆→表面抹平压光
(1) 螺栓孔周围向孔内剔凿40mm:先将孔内的PVC管清除,再用錾子
进行剔凿,剔凿向墙体剔进40mm,即露出主筋,成楔形。剔凿后及时把螺栓孔内的碎渣和杂物清理出来。
(2) 钢丝刷刷毛:待清理干净后,用钢丝刷绕周圈刷毛,用吹风机吹
干净。
(3) 加Φ14钢筋:在孔内加Φ14钢筋,长度为墙厚-100
(4) 洒水润湿:使用喷壶进行喷水润湿,在施工前一小时进行喷水,
使螺栓孔周围保持湿润。施工时再进行小量喷水,以便施工。 (5) 灌膨胀砂浆: 用铁抹子将膨胀砂浆抹到螺栓孔。灌进去一部分
后,两头用钢筋棍捣实后,待凝固后,在继续灌捣,最后用铁抹子将螺栓孔处抹平压光。施工应从上而下进行,作业时要做好安全防护。
