茶多酚干预缺氧诱导的大鼠肺高血压的实验研究

【摘要】Objective To investigate the effects of tea polyphenols(TP) on hypoxia induced pulmonary hypertension(PH) in rats.Methods Twenty-four SD rats were randomly divided into three groups:normal control group(C),hypoxia group(H) and TP group.Before the hypoxia state,The TP group were given TP(200 mg· kg-1 · d-1),The C and H groups were given normal salineat the same dosage,then TP group kept in atmospheric pressure with intermittent hypoxia together with the H group(8 h/d,6 d/ w) in 4 weeks.After 4 weeks,RVSP,mPAP,RVHI,wall thickness of small pulmonary artery were compared.Apoptosis of PASMCs and the mRNA expression of XIAP were also detected.Results Compared with C group,there were rise in RVSP,mPAP,RVHI,wall thickness of small pulmonary.artery in H group (P < 0.01),decrease in PASMCs muscle cell apoptosis (P< 0.01) and increase in XIAP mRNA expression(P<0.01).There were decrease in RVSP,mPAP,RVHI,wall thickness of small pulmonary artery in TP group compare with H group,increase in PASMCs apoptosis(P<0.05) and reduction in XIAP mRNA expression(P<0.05) in TP group.Conclusion TP ameliorate hypoxia induced pulmonary hypertension in rats,its mechanism may be
