第五节 停车场用地指标
第二十二条 随着国民经济的发展和人民生活水平的不断提高，许多大学在设点布局调整后，新校区都远离市中心，且校园较大，一些地方的公共交通尚不太发达，给广大教职工及学生的出行和内部“交流”带来不便，所以学校中教职工机动车和学生自行车的拥有量大幅增长，为保证校园井然有序、安全健康的环境，停车场是现在和今后迫切需要解决的问题。 本条根据测算的结果，为节约用地将三分之一的停车位设置在地下车库中，三分之二的停车位设于地面停车场，并规定了地面停车场用地指标。
第五章 高等职业技术学院与高等专科学校建设用地指标
第一节 一般规定
第二十三条 规定了高等职业技术学院与高等专科学校建设用地的内容、指标中未包括的用地，各项用地指标计算的基本参数、建筑层数等均与大学、专门学院相同。
第二十四条 规定了每所高等职业技术学院与高等专科学校都必须安排的四项用地（校舍建筑用地、室外体育设施用地、绿化用地、停车场地）的建设用地指标。
第二十五条至第二十八条 高等职业技术学院和高等专科学校建筑用地中的建筑容积率；室外体育设施配置原则、指标值；校园绿地率、构成比例、内容；停车场的配置依据、原则等方面均与大学、专门学院相同。
附录一：
普通高等学校校舍建设用地补助指标
第二十九条 规定了普通高等学校研究生、留学生、各类专职科研机构、设计院（所、室）、函授部以及外籍教师在学习、工作、生活方面所需的校舍建筑面积补助指标，其出自《普通高等学校建筑面积指标》。
第三十条 规定了普通高等学校校舍建设用地的各项补助指标。普通高等学校的研究生、留学生等所需的校舍面积大于本科生，除按正文中表4和表7的规定与本科生安排相同的校

普通高等学校实验室、实习特殊用地参考指标
第三十二条 规定了农林院校及普通高等学校生物系所需专门实习场地的用地参考指标（大学、专门学院、高等职业技术学院、高等专科学校相同）。有关学校可参照这个指标编制用地计划报有关主管部门审批或与其它单位合作使用。
