【摘要】Objective To explore a superior position of the patient in the laparoscopic inguinal lymphadenectomy of vulval carcinoma. Methods To compare three dif erent positions of these patients from various aspects, including the length of the operation time, the surgeon's feelings, the patients' feelings, and the infection rates after the operation, Results Two patients with the traditional position need 162.5 mins to finish the operation,. Although the surgeons feel good during the entire peocedure, more nursers and time should be provided. Two patients with the reorganized position before anesthesia need 135.6 mins total y. But it doesn't provide more conveniences for the doctors. 12 patients adopt our bladder lithotomy position.The mean operation time is 113.6mins, which is shorter than the other two groups.The surgeons and the patients feel good and there is no need to change the position during the operation.Conclusion The bladder lithotomy position referred in our paper is worthy of recommendation. in laparoscopic inguinal lymphadenectomy.%目的探讨外阴癌腹腔镜下腹股沟淋巴结清扫术时的最佳手术体位。方法对外阴癌腹腔镜下双侧腹股沟淋巴结清扫术中3种不同手术体位，对手术时间、医生对手术操作空间满意度、患者术
