多小穗小麦品系10一A及其改良系的谷蛋白分析

【摘要】The glutenin patterns of multispikelet wheat line 10 -A and its recombinants were analyzed by using sodium dodeeyl sulphate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoric (SDS-PAGE). From the glutenin patterns, 10- A, 88 - 1643 and Chuanyu 12 could be identified by each other. In the 56 lines derived from triple cross 10- A/88 - 1643/Chuanyu 12, Six HMW - glutenin patterns are observed, including the same patterns with 88-1643 and Chuanyu 12 and the patterns among 3 parents. There are eight lines with good glutenin subunits 2 *, 7 + 8, 5 + 10(14.3 %) and eleven lines with good glutenin subunits 1, 7 + 8, 5 + 10(19.6%).%应用十二烷基硫酸钠聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(SDS-PAGE)分析了多小穗小麦品系10-A以及来源于三交组合10-A／88-1643／川育12号的56个稳定品系的谷蛋白。结果表明，10 A、88 1643和川育12号的谷蛋白带纹各不相同，能彼此区分。在这56个后代品系中，高分子量谷蛋白带纹出现了与88-1643、川育12号一致的类型以及4种三亲本间的重组类型，没有出现10-A的谱带类型和突变类型。在这些品系中，有8个品系含优质亚基组合2*，7+8，5+10(占14．3％)，11个品系含优质亚基组合1，7+8，5+10(占19．6％)。
