拭技术完成皮肤清洁护理。对比2组干预后皮肤菌落数、皮肤干燥/脱皮率和医院感染相关情况。结果 研 究组皮肤菌落数低于对照组，皮肤干燥/脱皮患者比例低于对照组，差异有统计意义(P <0.05)。研究组导尿 管相关尿路感染、呼吸机相关性肺炎、导管相关性血流感染发生率低于对照组，但差异无统计学意义(P>

body washing with no-rinse skin cleanser$Thetotalnumberofbacterialcolonies， rateofdry skin
ordesquamated skin and incidenceofnosocomialinfectionswereobserved and compared between
two groups$Re'uih' Thetotalnumberofbacterialcoloniesin thestudy group waslowerthan
that in the conUol group (P <0. 05). Thera were fewer patients with dry skin or desquamated skin
in the study group Uian those in Uie control group (P < 0. 05). The incidences of catheter-assoc--
ated urinay tract infection，ventilator--ssociated pneumonic and catheter-related blood stream in-
fection were lower in the shdy group than those in the control group，but with no significcnt
