阿托伐他汀钙联合拜阿司匹林治疗76例脑梗死临床观察

【摘要】Objective:To explore the curative effect of atorvastatin calcium in
combination
with
aspirin
in
the
treatment
of
cerebral
infarction.Methods:152 cases with cerebral infarction from March 2012 to March 2014 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group were treated with aspirin.The experimental group were treated with aspirin combined atorvastatin calcium.The effect of the two groups were evaluated after a course of treatment.Results:38 cases(50.0%) improved significantly in the experimental group,and the total effective rate was 76.3%.26 cases(34.2%) improved markedly in the control group,and the total effective rate was 55.3% .The improved obviously rate and the total effective rate had statistical significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Atorvastatin calcium combined aspirin in the treatment of cerebral infarction had better effect,which was worth further promotion in the clinical practice.%目的：探讨阿托伐他汀钙联合拜阿司匹林治疗脑梗死的临床效果。方法：2012年3月-2014年3月收治脑梗死患者152例，随机分为两组。对照组应用拜阿司匹林治疗，试验组应用拜阿司匹林联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗。治疗1个疗程后对患者疗效进行评价。结果：试验组明显好转38例(50.0%)，总有效率76.3%。对
照组明显好转26例(34.2%)，总有效率55.3%。两组明显好转率和总有效率的差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：阿托伐他汀钙联合拜阿司匹林治疗脑梗死效果更佳，值得临床进一步推广。 【总页数】2页(71-71,73)
