花生生长素原初响应基因PNIAAs的表达模式分析

【摘要】Aux/IAA gene family had been identified to be one of the primarily auxin responsive genes during auxin treatment. Four Aux/IAAs gene family members named PMAA1, PNIAA2, PNIAA3 and PNIAAA were isolated by screening the full - length cDNA library of peanut (Arachis hypogaea L. ). The expression pattern analysis showed that these four genes are constitutively expressed in peanut tissues, and PNIAA1 , PNIAA2 and PNIAAA are mainly expressed in the leaf while PNIAA3 mainly expresses in the seed, indicating the different genes may have different functions and PNIAA3 may participate and play roles in seed development. The induced expression pattern of four genes showed that all of the genes could respond to IAA treatment, especially in root. And the expression of PNIAA1 ,PNIAA2 and PNIAA3 could be induced rapidly by IAA.%Aux/IAA基因能够在生长素诱导的早期做出响应.本研究通过筛选花生未成熟种子的cDNA文库,分离并获得了4个可能的Aux/IAA基因,分别命名为PNIAA1、PNIAA2、PNIAA3和PNIAA4.RT-PCR对表达模式的研究显示,四个基因在花生各组织中为组成型表达,且具有不同的时空表达模式和特征,PNIAA1、PNIAA2和PNIAA4主要在叶中表达,而PNIAA3在种子中表达量较高,推测其可能在种子发育过程中行使功能;IAA对花生诱导
