【摘要】ObjectiveTo investigate the physical and psychological status and coping modes about multidrug-resistant-tuberculosis (MDR-TB) patients, and adopt to corresponding countermeasure.Method Adopted symptom self-assessment scale (SCL-90) and medical coping modes questionnaire (MCMQ) to investigate and analyze the physical and psychological status and coping modes of 92 patients with MDR-TB.ResultMDR-TB patients with SCL-90 every factor scores were higher than norm (P<0.05). MDR-TB patients MCMQ, “confrontation” scores was lower than norm, “avoidance” and “acceptance-resignation” scores were higher than norm (P<0.05).ConclusionPhysical and psychological health levels of MDR-TB patients are low, and the patients take negative coping modes. The medical staff need to adopt effective countermeasures to help MDR-TB patients improve psychological status, increase the positive coping styles, thus improve the treatment compliance and cure rate.%目的：调查耐多药结核病（multidrug-resistant-tuberculosis，MDR-TB）患者身心状况和应对方式，并提出相应对策。方法采用症状自评量表（SCL-90）和医学应对方式问卷（MCMQ）对92例MDR-TB患者的身心状况和应对方式进行调查分析。结果 MDR-TB患者
