【摘要】Objective To discuss the clinical characteristics of Percheron artery infarction.Method We studied the clinical data of 2 patients with Percheron artery infarction.Results The patients both presented with acute onset, with major clinical manifestations of disturbance of consciousness, unequal size of both pupils, and eye movement disorders, cranial MRI showed bilateral paramedian thalamic DWI symmetrical high signal, and the high signal in the midbrain was \sign. After anti-platelet aggregation, lipid stabilization, nutritional nerve and improvement of circulation, the clinical symptoms and imaging were improved.Conclusion Percheron artery infarction is rare in clinic. Disturbance of consciousness, memory impairment, and vertical gaze paralysis are typical clinical manifestations.DWI symmetrical high signals of bilateral paramedian thalamus and(or) the high signal of the midbrain characterized by \are typical imaging features.
