【摘要】Objective:To investigate the value of CT and radiography in the diagnosis of vertebral fracture.Methods:randomly selected in November 2014 November-2016 was studied in 116 patients after the treatment of vertebral fractures in our hospital,were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 58 cases in each group,the observation group were treated by CT diagnostic method for imaging,the control group was treated with plain radiographs by imaging examination,operation,analysis and comparison two diagnostic methods for diagnosis rate.Results:after diagnosis of two kinds of different methods,the observation group patients with spinal canal volume change,fracture vertebral canal,spinal curvature changes highlight the features of fracture diagnosis rate significantly than the control group,confirmed a high rate (P<0.05).In the observation group,the diagnosis rate of anterior column fracture and middle column fracture was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:the patients diagnosed by CT can improve the accuracy of diagnosis of vertebral fractures,compared with plain radiographs,CT diagnosis can reflect the features of fracture
patients,distinguish fracture patients,for clinical treatment to provide more accurate basis,worthy of promotion.%目的:分析探讨应用CT、放射平片对脊椎骨折患者进行诊断的价值.方法:随机抽取2014年11月-2016年11月在我院接受脊椎骨折治疗患者116例进行研究,随机平均分为观察组和对照组各58例,观察组患者采用CT诊断法进行影像学检查,对照组患者采用放射平片法进行影像学检查,手术后,分析比较两种诊断方法的确诊率.结果:经过两种不同方法诊断后,观察组患者椎管容积改变、骨折片突出椎管、脊柱曲度改变等骨折特征的确诊率显著比对照组的确诊率高(P<0.05).观察组患者前柱骨折、中柱骨折等骨折部位的确诊率显著高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:脊椎骨折患者经CT诊断能够提高诊断的准确率,与放射平片相比,CT诊断更能直观反映患者的骨折特征,明显区分患者的骨折部位,为临床治疗提供更为准确的依据,值得推广. 【总页数】2页(59-60)
