神经症患者的心理特征分析及护理

【摘要】Objective To study the psychological characteristics and nursing measures of patients with neurosis.Methods We chose 172 patients with neurosis in May, 2012, May, divide it into two groups, control group of 86 patients with conventional nursing intervention measures, the observation group of 86 patients with the implementation of targeted psychological care interventions, the hospital stay of the two groups were compared, hamilton Anxiety Scale (NAMA) before and after treatment,and Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD) score changes.Results The hospitalization time of the two groups were compared, The observation group was significantly shorter than the control group, the difference between the two groups was statisticaly significant (P < 0.05). after the observation group received nursing measures, HAMA, HAMD score was significantly lower than the control group, the difference between the two groups was statisticaly significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion The correct nursing intervention measures for patients with neurosis, can be very good to ease their bad psychological state, shorten the length of hospital stay, accelerate the recovery of patients with health, clinical significance.%目的 研究神经症患
者的心理特征分析以及护理措施.方法 我院选择2012年5月~2014年5月间诊治的172例神经症患者,将其均分为两组,对照组的86例患者实施常规的护理干预措施,观察组的86例患者实施有针对性的心理护理干预措施,比较两组患者的住院时间,以及治疗前后的汉密尔顿焦虑量表(NAMA),和汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分变化.结果 通过对两组患者的住院时间进行比较,观察组明显比对照组短,两组患者差异显著,有统计学意义(P < 0.05).观察组患者接受护理措施后,HAMA、HAMD评分明显低于对照组,两组患者差异显著,有统计学意义(P < 0.05).结论 对神经症患者实施正确的心理护理干预措施,能够很好的缓解其不良心理状态,缩短住院时间,加快患者恢复健康,临床意义显著. 【总页数】2页(216-217)
