1、编制依据
1.1 《外墙外保温施工技术规程》(JGJ144-2004); 1.2 《筑节能工程施工质量验收规范》(GB50411-2007);
1.3 《筑装饰装修工程施工质量验收规范》(GB50210-2001); 1.4 和润新城.畅园3#、5#楼施工图纸及施工组织设计。
2、工程概况
本工程高层楼体外墙采用挤塑聚苯乙烯泡沫板为主要保温隔热材料,以粘、钉结合方式与墙身固定,抗裂砂浆复合耐碱玻纤网格布为保护增强层,涂料饰面的外墙保温系统。 3.1保温材料
3.1.1 聚苯板(EPS板)的性能除符合《绝热用模塑聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料》GB/T10801.1标准的规定外,还应符合表1的要求。
3.1.2 EPS板的规格为 1200mm×600mm×45mm,平头式,阻燃型,其尺寸偏差应符合表2的要求。
3.1.2 聚乙烯泡沫塑料棒
用于填塞膨胀缝,作为密封膏的隔离背衬材料,其直径按缝宽的 1.4 倍选用。 3.2 水泥
拌合在胶粘剂和抹面胶浆中的水泥应采用普通硅酸盐水泥或低碱硫铝酸盐水泥。普通硅酸盐水泥应符合《硅酸盐水泥、普通硅酸盐水泥》GB175的要求。硫铝酸盐水泥应符合《快硬硫铝酸盐水泥》JC933的要求。

3.3 专用聚合物粘结剂、抹面胶浆厂家已配制好,现场施工时加水用手持式电动搅拌机搅拌,重量比为水:聚合物砂浆等于 1:5,可操作时间不小于 2h。其中胶粘剂性能指标应符合L07J110表3的要求,抹面胶浆应符合L07J110表5的要求。
3.4锚栓
金属螺钉应采用不锈钢或经过表面防锈处理的金属制成,塑料钉和带圆盘的塑料膨胀套管应采用聚酰胺、聚乙烯或聚丙烯制成,制作塑料钉和塑料套管的材料不得使用回收的再生材料。锚栓的有效锚固深度在混凝土墙中不小于25mm,在砌体墙中不小于50mm,塑料圆盘直径不小于50mm,单个锚栓抗拉承载力标准值不小于0.3KN,且应进行拉拔力现场试验。 3.5 耐碱玻纤网格布
用于增强保护层抗裂及整体性;选用孔径 4mm×4mm的耐碱玻纤网格布,其性能指标

4、施工条件环境要求
4.1 施工条件
4.1.1主体验收通过,外墙已满足施工工作面要求。
4.1.2材料进场,施工队伍已选定,并进场。项目部对其进行安全教育和安全、技术交底工作完毕。
4.1.3外用吊蓝安装调试完毕。
4.1.4相关材料产品合格证书、性能检测报告等相关资料齐全,并合格。墙体节能工程使用的保温隔热材料进场后,应在监理(建设)单位的见证下取样,并送至有资质的检测机构进行进场复验。进场复验应符合下列要求:
1)复验项目
1、保温材料的导热系数、表观密度、抗压强度或压缩强度和燃烧性能; ○
2、粘结材料的粘结强度; ○
3、增强网的力学性能、抗腐蚀性能。 ○
2)检验数量
同一厂家、同一品种产品,当单位工程建筑面积在20000m2以下时各抽查不少于3次;当单位工程建筑面积在20000m2以上时各抽查不少于6次。
4.2 环境要求
4.2.1 外墙外保温工程施工期间以及完工后24h内,基层及环境空气温度不应低于5℃。夏季应避免阳光曝晒。
4.2.2 在5级以上大风天气和雨天不得施工。
