后颅窝减压并小脑扁桃体悬吊手术治疗Chiari畸形I型

【摘要】目的：探讨后颅窝减压并小脑扁桃体悬吊治疗Chiari畸形I型的手术疗效。方法：对我院2010年6月至2014年7月收治的38例Chiari畸形患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，按照Tator标准评价手术效果。结果：38例病例均进行颅窝减压并小脑扁桃体悬吊手术，其中5例合并脊髓空洞病例减压至C1水平，1例合并脊髓空洞患者行蛛网膜下腔分流手术，均达到很好的手术效果。结论：头晕、枕颈部疼痛及肢体感觉障碍是Chiari畸形的常见症状，对Chiari畸形I型进行后颅窝减压并小脑扁桃体悬吊手术方法有效，并且可以达到满意的预后。%Objective To explore the therapeutic of Posterior fossa decompression and cerebellar tonsil suspension in the treatment of Chiari malformation type I.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted
