堆谐
堆谐最早流传于雅鲁藏布江流域，地势高耸的日喀则以西至阿里整个地区的圆圈舞，后来逐渐盛行于拉萨。这是最早出现的由六弦琴乐器伴奏的舞蹈。
堆谐后来逐渐演变成了在小型乐队伴奏下的、以踢踏步为特色的男子表演舞蹈踢踏舞。而传统的堆谐，则在舞时以男女体前或体后交叉拉手区别于其他圆圈舞形式。这与羌族的“洒朗”和古格王朝宫堡遗址壁画中的舞蹈形式相同。
