摘 要
近几年,国家对教育行业的加大投入使我国的教育事业得到了迅猛发展,由于二胎政策的开放,学前教育事业更是发展飞快,无论是在幼儿园的数量上还是在幼儿园现有教师的数量上都均有增加。同时,随着家长对幼儿教育重视程度的不断提升以及国家对学前教育事业投入的不断加大,通过与时俱进的教育活动方式促进幼儿健康成长、全面发展成为了最高教育指向,因此,开展丰富多彩、寓教于乐、与时俱进的幼儿活动成为了抚顺市新抚区幼儿园未来发展的重要方向。
本文以抚顺市新抚区幼儿园为研究对象,采用文献分析法和实地考察法等研究方法,对抚顺市新抚区幼儿园活动策划的现状进行调查与分析,发现抚顺市新抚区幼儿园在活动策划方面存在主题环境欠佳、个别家长参与度低、活动中教师主导过多、幼儿参与频率差异明显、区域活动空间规划不合理等问题。针对以上问题,分析其产生的原因,提出丰富主题环境、加强家园合作、发挥幼儿在活动中的主体性、设置满足幼儿喜好的活动主题、设置动静分离的活动区域等对策建议。强化活动策划意识,明确活动策划方案,改善教学活动模式,提高师资力量,从而促进幼儿健康、全面的发展。

Abstract
In recent years, the country's increased investment in the education industry has led to the rapid development of China's education, due to the opening of the two-child policy, preschool education has developed rapidly, both in the number of kindergartens and the number of existing teachers in kindergartens have increased. At the same time, with the increasing emphasis of parents on early childhood education and the increasing investment of the state in preschool education, through the way of educating people with the times to promote the healthy growth of children, all-round development become the highest direction of education, hence, carry out rich and colorful, teach with pleasure, children's activities keeping pace with the times become an important direction for the future development of kindergartens in Xinfu District of Fushun City.
This paper takes the kindergarten of Xinfu District in Fushun City as the research object, the research methods of literature analysis and on-the-spot investigation are adopted, this paper investigates and analyzes the present situation of activity planning in kindergartens in Xinfu District of Fushun City, It is found that the kindergarten has poor theme environment, low participation of some parents, excessive teacher leadership in the activity, the frequency of children's participation in various interactions is obviously different, and the spatial planning of regional activities is unreasonable. To solve above problems, this paper analyzes the reasons and put forward the theme rich environment, strengthening the cooperation of the home, to bring into full play the subjectivity of young chilfren in activities, setting up meet the infant be fond of the activities of the theme, countermeasures such as setting up dynamic and static separation area. Strengthen the awareness of activity planning, define the activity planning plan, improve the mode of teaching activities, improve the teaching staff, so as to promote the healthy and all-round development of children.

引 言
随着当前经济的不断发展与社会的不断进步,教育行业呈现出良好的增长态势,越来越多的人开始重视教育行业的发展,幼儿教育作为教育的初始阶段,是幼儿智力开发的绝佳时期以及人格健全的关键时期,它不仅可以促进幼儿身心健康的发展,还可以培育幼儿良好的生活、卫生、学习习惯,为幼儿在未来的全面发展奠定了优良的基础,而幼儿活动作为幼儿教育的重要组成部分,对幼儿教育在未来的蓬勃发展更是起到了积极作用。
由于在当下的社会中幼儿活动模式受到的关注日益增多,幼儿活动出现的问题也逐渐显露出来,相比较西方国家,我国的教育事业起步较晚,教育理念不够先进,西方国家的家长与教师都十分注重幼儿在早期教育中的创造力、动手能力、责任感、独立性以及幼儿的个性发展,所以,西方幼儿园的幼儿活动总是层出不穷,很多时候举办幼儿活动并非是某些特殊的节日,而是学校自发举办的各种五花八门的特色日。这些特色日不仅可以让幼儿乐在其中,还巧妙的将教育内容渗透到活动中,让幼儿可以通过日常的游戏活动在无形中丰富自己的知识储备量,不再抗拒幼儿园课程,做到了真正的寓教于乐,反观国内的幼儿园,国内幼儿园对于幼儿在活动方面的关注多为某一个固定的内容或节日,活动形式过于单一,教学模式过于陈旧,多数幼儿园只是注重幼儿身心健康的发展,很少注重幼儿思维方式与性格特点的培养,导致传统的幼儿活动模式在一定程度上已无法适应教育的快速发展。
幼儿教育作为我国整个教育体系的开端与基础,对幼儿习惯、性格以及人格的健康发展起到了举足轻重的作用。其中,幼儿活动作为幼儿园教育的基本形式,是幼儿教育中不可或缺的重要步骤,它不仅开拓了幼儿的知识、丰富了幼儿的生活,还促进了幼儿在未来的整体发展[1]。因此,对于学前教育行业来说,一定要重视幼儿的活动教育,并深入研究其中存在的不足,找到解决措施,促进幼儿的健康成长与全面发展,基于此基础,目前有很多研究对幼儿的活动教育与活动实施进行关注。于晓(2018 年)采用问卷调查研究发现:幼儿参与活动与幼儿学习品质之间呈显著正相关关系,为幼儿提供丰富多彩的活动有助于幼儿学习品质的发展[2]。《儿童蓝皮
