【摘要】 Objective To observe the early rehabilitation and care of acute stroke patients with hemiplegia Oxford disability score (OHS), activities

of

daily

living

ability(ADL),limb

motor

function

(FM),neurological deficit (AS),the level of depression (SDS).As well as patient and family satisfaction with nursing work.Methods 90 cases of acute stroke patients were randomly divided into a treatment group and the control group underwent conventional treatment and care of the Department of Neurology,the control group on the basis of early rehabilitation and rehabilitation care;Were compared between the two groups after a social function evaluation (OHS score),daily living skills evaluation (ADL was assessed with the Barthel Index),limb motor function (FM),neurological deficit(AS),the level of depression (SDS) and the patients.Results The two groups of patients BI,OHS,FM,the AS score control group improved better than the treatment group;The SDS score significantly lower than the treatment group;Satisfaction control group was significantly more than the treatment group.Conclusion Early rehabilitation training and rehabilitation care to promote the
