CA125在呼吸科疾病中的诊断价值

摘要：目的; 分析CA125在呼吸科各类疾病中的检测结果，以期为呼吸疾病的诊断提供参考。方法; 收集2017年5月～2019年3月我院呼吸科1205例住院患者的CA125检测结果，分析不同疾病类型CA125检测结果，采用ROC曲线评估CA125在肺炎和肺结核以及肺肿瘤和肺结核中的诊断价值。结果; 1205例住院患者中，肺部炎症类疾病991例、肺肿瘤10例、肺结核39例与其他诊断165例。肺肿瘤CA125值高于肺部炎症类疾病、肺结核，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。CA125在肺炎和肿瘤中的AUC为0.888，CA125取值127.1 U/ml时，敏感度为85.70%，特异性为83.30%;CA125在肿瘤和结核中的AUC为0.943，CA125取值44.365 U/ml时，敏感度为100.00%，特异性为80.00%。结论; CA125在肺部炎症、细胞免疫以及肿瘤均出现升高，且CA125的在肺肿瘤和结核、肺炎间具有较高的诊断价值。 关键词：CA125;肺肿瘤;肺结核

Abstract：Objective; To analyze the test results of CA125 in various diseases of the respiratory department， in order to provide a reference for the diagnosis of respiratory diseases.Methods; The CA125 test results of 1205 inpatients in the respiratory department of our hospital from May 2017 to March 2019 were collected， and the CA125 test results of different disease types were analyzed. The ROC curve was used to evaluate the diagnostic value of CA125 in pneumonia and tuberculosis， as well as lung tumors and tuberculosis.Results; Among the 1205 hospitalized patients， 991 had lung inflammation diseases， 10 had lung tumors， 39 had tuberculosis， and 165 had other diagnoses. The CA125 value of lung tumors was higher than that of pulmonary inflammatory diseases and tuberculosis，the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）; the CA125 value of lung inflammatory diseases was compared with tuberculosis，the difference was not statistically significant （P>0.05）. The AUC of CA125 in pneumonia and tumor is 0.888， when CA125 is 127.1 U/ml， the sensitivity is 85.70%， and the specificity is 83.30%; the AUC of CA125 in tumor and tuberculosis is 0.943， and the value of CA125 is 44.365 U/ml，the sensitivity is 100.00% and the specificity is 80.00%.Conclusion; CA125 was elevated in lung inflammation， cellular immunity and tumors， and CA125 had a high diagnostic value in lung tumors， tuberculosis， and pneumonia.
