【摘要】Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of 10-day sequential therapy and standard triple thera-py in the eradication of Helicobacter pylori (Hp). Methods A total of 100 cases of Helicobacter pylori-positive peptic ul-cer patients, who admitted to our hospital for the treatment of Helicobacter pylori-positive peptic ulcer from June 2015 to June 2016, were selected as the subjects of this study and divided into the observation group and the control group ac-cording to the random number table method, with fifty patients in each group. The patients in observation group were treated with sequential therapy for 10 days, and the patients in the control group were treated with standard triple thera-py. The incidence of adverse reactions, symptom remission time, hospitalization cost and Hp clearance rate were com-pared between the two groups. Results After the treatment, the Hp clearance rate of the observation group was 93.33%, which was slightly higher than 88.33%of the control group, but the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant (P>0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions such as insomnia, mouth pain, nausea, poor appe-tite, diarrhea, dizziness, rash and drowsiness in the observation group were significantly lower
