【摘要】This paper explains the basic concept of learning society and the background of the research and exploration in the index of social learning.It proposes the teaching survey in learning society and the index system in the index of social learning.It defines the index of social learning as the product of the reading index of community members,the learning activity participation index of community members,the participation index of social organizations,the index of establishing learning organizations,the index of lifelong learning institutions and carrier construction,the index of social learning platform construction and the index of lifelong learning culture creaation.The empirical study of carrying out social learning index reaches a conclusion that Shanghai Social learn﹣ing Index in 2014 is 1.42 based on the index of 2013.It shows an overall growth in learning society construction in Shanghai.%阐述学习社会的基本概念、社会学习指数研究与探讨的背景;提出学习社会的数学审视;提出社会学习指数的指标体系;定义社会学习指数为社区成员读书指数、社区成员学习活动参与指数、社会组织参与指数、学习型组织创建指数、终身学习机构和载体建设指数、社会学习平台建设指数、终身学习文化营造指数的乘积;开展社会学习指数的实证研究,得出:
