【摘要】Zika virus is a research hotspot around the world.A massive outbreak of Zika virus infection occurred in French Polynesia in 2013-2014;the
incidence
of
neurological
complications
increased
significantly.Since the first case of Guillain-Barré syndrome associated with Zika virus infection (ZIKV-GBS) was reported,more and more studies have indicated that Zika virus is related to the onset of Guillain-Barré syndrom.This article reviewed the discovery of Zika virus,virus characteristics,epidemiology,transmission manifestations
after
infection,laboratory
routes,general diagnosis,and
clinical clinical
manifestations,electrophysiology,antibodies and neuroimaging of ZIKV-GBS,elaborated
the
research
status,difficulties
and
future
prospects,hope to help domestic scholars to further understand ZIKV-GBS.%寨卡病毒是目前国内外学者的研究热点.2013-2014年法属波利尼西亚暴发了大规模寨卡病毒感染,患者神经系统并发症发生率显著增加,并报道了第1例寨卡病毒感染相关的吉兰-巴雷综合征(ZIKV-GBS),之后越来越多的研究表明寨卡病毒与吉兰-巴雷综合征的发病有关.本文从寨卡病毒的发现、病毒特性、流行病学、传播途径、感染后一般临床表现、实验室诊断以及ZIKV-GBS临床表现、电生理、抗体和神经影像研究等着手,综述了ZIKV-GBS的研究现状、目
