【摘要】Objective To investigate the expression and signiifcance of CD19+PD-L1+ tumor inifltrating B lymphocytes in breast tumor tissue.Methods The expressions of CD19+PD-L1+ tumor inifltrating B cells in 31 cases of breast ifbroadenoma, 16 cases of intraductal papilloma, 15 cases of ductal carcinoma in situ and 134 cases of invasive ductal
carcinomas
were
detected
by
using
immunohistochemistry.Result(1)The expression intensity of CD19+PD-L1+ B cells in invasive ductal carcinomas is significantly higher than the breast fibroadenoma, intraductal papilloma and ductal carcinoma in situ (P﹤0.0001). (2)The correlation of HER2 is close to statistical signiifcance (P=0.073).Conclusion CD19+PD-L1+ B cells has a certain correlation with the development of breast malignant tumors.
