神经兴奋性对小鼠学习记忆能力的影响

【摘要】Objective :To explore effects of difference in nerve excitation on mice ability of learning and memory . Methods:Three month old mice were randomly divided into 2 ,4 ,8 μg/kg/d caffeine groups ,1 .25 ,2 . 5 ,5 μg/kg/d chlorpromazine groups and control group .The mice of experimental groups received intraperitoneal in-jection of caffeine or chlorpromazine once daily for 3d .The mice of control group were administered with saline . Platform Experiments were conducted to observe changes in learning and memory abilities .Results :Compared with the saline group ,the incubation period of the 5μg/kg · d chlorpromazine group was significantly longer (P <0 .05) . In addition ,error number 2 (EN2 ) of 2μg/kg · d caffeine group and 5μg/kg · d chlorpromazine group decreased sig-nificantly (P <0 .05) .Conclusion:the moderately enhanced excitability of the central nervous system and a transi-ent block of the dopamine function caused by chlorpromazine can improve learning and memory ability of mice .%目的:探讨神经兴奋性对小鼠学习记忆的影响。方法:每天以2μg/kg ,4μg/kg ,8μg/kg咖啡因和1.25μg/kg ,2.5μg/kg ,5μg/kg氯丙嗪的剂量对小鼠连续腹腔注射3d ,对照组给予生理盐水。采用跳台实验观察大鼠
