椎管内肠源性囊肿的诊断与治疗(附29例报告)

【摘要】Objective To study the clinical manifestation, MRI findings and the treatment. Method We retrospectively analyzed clinical symptom, imaging of 29 cases which were confirmed for intraspinal enterogenous cyst by surgery and pathology. Results Among 29 cases, complete resection is 10,subtotal resection is 15, mostly resection is 2, partial resection is 2, and all of cases presented great improvement. Conclusions Intraspinal neurenteric cysts are rare congenital lesion, currently MRI is the first choice of technique, and the microsurgery for resection is the effective treatment.%目的 探讨椎管内肠源性囊肿的临床表现、MRI特征及治疗方法.方法 回顾性分析29例经手术及病理证实的椎管内肠源性囊肿患者的临床资料、影像学资料.结果 29例病人中,全切除10例,近全切除15例,大部分切除2例,部分切除2例,术后所有病人均恢复良好.结论 椎管内肠源性囊肿是一种少见的先天性疾病,MRI检查是首选的检查手段,手术切除是惟一有效的治疗方法. 【总页数】3页(775-777) 【关键词】囊肿;椎管;外科手术 【作者】侯自明;张伟;张岩;王贵怀;杨俊
