Base on the com- munication theory of Marx＇ s human theory, the

alienation phenomenon occurs in the communication process between doctor and patient and the reason behind it were revealed in this paper, and the concrete methods of properly conducting doctor-patient communication under the lead of Marx＇s human theory were further proposed.
